So what is it all about? We hold a private event at Zen rooftop where you can watch and participate in making gnocchi and you then get to eat the gnocchi. Fun, educational and delicious! In this class we will be making potato gnocchi. However, we will also show you how to make ricotta gnocchi. You will get to eat both potato and ricotta gnocchi to compare the difference.
