About the event
Location: the Alawa Hall building (at the kitchen where the honey refill is)
Time: 11am - 11:30am
Cost: $20
In this workshop you will learn how kombucha is made including everything how to ferment in the tropics, it's really simple and you can do it yourself from home (your guts will thank you).
At the end of the workshop you will take a bottle of kombucha home with you, as well as a scoby so that you can brew your own at home. All you need to bring with you!
