Making your own pasta is a satisfying way to work with your hands to create something beautiful. During this class we will make three types of fresh vegan or gluten free pasta (1 pasta & 2 gnocchi) that you can take home and cook.

Vegan or Gluten Free? This class is for you! You will learn how to make three types of fresh pasta (a combination of pasta and gnocchi) in an intimate setting, with a max of 6 people. 

You will go home with three types of fresh pasta which you can cook immediately for lunch, store to eat at a later date. 

What to bring​

  1. A cooler bag and ice brick to transport the fresh pasta home.
  2. Your awesome personality! 

What to wear

  1. Everyday clothes that you don't mind getting covered in flour.
  2. An apron (you can purchase one on the day from our new collection - optional).
  3. Non-slip closed in shoes, hair tied back and leave your jewellery at home.
  4. Please trim back your nails if you can, if not, I will give you gloves to wear.

What you will learn/get

  1. Fresh pasta recipes and techniques.
  2. Make three types of fresh pasta you can take home and cook immediately.
