Special class: Herb Laminated Pappardelle + Creamy Lemon Sauce

In this special class we will be showing you how to create the visually stunning herb laminated pappardelle and serve it with a simple creamy lemon sauce using local organic lemons. 

Herb laminated pasta is the process by which you embed edible herbs and flowers between two sheets and press. We will leave the pasta as a pappardelle so the herbs can be seen as you eat them. The sauce is kept simple, yet tasty to allow the beautiful strips of pasta to shine. 

Also in the sauce we will use pepperberry. Pepperberry is a native bush food grown mainly in SE Australia. It can be used in sweet or savoury dishes.

What to wear

Casual clothes with non-slip enclosed-toe shoes are a must. Please leave rings, bracelets, and watches at home (for hygiene reasons), trim long nails (gloves will be available) and if you have long hair, please tie it back.
