Gorgonzola Stuffed Gnocchi

  • 1 serves of potato gnocchi per person

  • 100 grms of Gorgonzola per person


  1. Make the potato gnocchi dough

  2. Put on a pot of salted water to boil

  3. Get out the gorgonzola and make tiny balls of cheese

  4. Roll out the gnocchi dough as you would normally. Take a gnocchi, put a dint in it and stuff the gorgonzola ball in. Fold the dough around it, pinch and roll

  5. Cook like you normally would gnocchi
